A native of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, Jackie began her career in Focus Marketing, learning every aspect of the direct marketing industry. In 1995 Jackie sought a career change to the insurance industry; she has spent the past 16 years handling every facet of agency/brokerage operations from customer service, underwriting, administration, human resources and marketing.

Jackie approaches every new experience as an adventure overcoming every obstacle and challenge in her path. It is this aspect of her personality which has driven her through the ranks to become a partner at Advanced Brokerage Concepts. It was Jackie’s insight and determination which was the driving force in creating this new dynamic organization.

Jackie’s ease in communicating with people from all walks of life has made her particularly adept at training support staff in the proper handling of customers. Her open personality brings an air of family to Advanced Brokerage Concepts, which is apparent to all our agents and customers.
